Cook With Judith

1. Cookery Demonstration at Suriyaarana – US$ 20 per person

We have decided to offer our clients a Cookery Demonstration (Cook with Judith) and you are invited to experience some culinary secrets of Sri Lankan cooking and know how to prepare some favourite vegetable dishes and enjoy your stay at Suriyaarana. This will be different and could be fun with a visit to the market in the morning, purchase the local produce readily available, come back and start to cook a delicious meal and relish it. Guests are welcome to advice in advance of their preference and dietary concerns. This will be a morning session followed with Lunch and it will be held twice a week.

Hand outs of the recipes could be obtained on request, and this will be helpful for you to take back home and prepare it yourself.

2. An Evening With Traditional Sweet Meats With Tea/Coffee Or Herbal Tea

You have the opportunity to join Judith in preparing some Sri Lankan Traditional Sweet Meats and savour it with a cup of Tea/Coffee or Herbal Tea of your choice. This will be held once a week depending on the occupancy.
